Beat-RAC Price Guarantee — Terms

• A current, written quote from RAC (email, SMS or member portal screenshot) issued within the last 30 days.
• Quote must clearly show the battery brand, part number or size code, and the supplied-and-fitted price.
• Verbal quotes, expired quotes, or quotes for batteries not currently in stock at RAC don't qualify.

We'll match the same brand and specas your RAC quote (e.g. Century DIN65LH AGM → Century DIN65LH AGM). We won't substitute a cheaper lower-spec battery to claim a discount.

If you'd prefer a different brand or higher-spec battery, we'll quote it separately — the 15% guarantee applies only to the like-for-like match.

• Memory savers — radio codes, presets and ECU adaptations are retained through the swap.

Subject to stock availability of the specific battery model. If we can't source the exact match same-day, we'll let you know honestly rather than quietly substitute another brand. Most common passenger, AGM and stop-start sizes are carried on the van.

• RAC fleet, business or commercial-account quotes (member quotes only).
• Time-limited RAC promotional pricing already discounted below 35% of standard retail.

2. We'll verify the quote, confirm the 15% beat price, and book a same-day or next-day fit.
3. Pay on-site by tap, EFTPOS or cash once the battery is installed and tested.

We reserve the right to decline price-beat claims where the supplied quote appears fabricated, fraudulent, or otherwise outside the spirit of this guarantee. Genuine quotes — even ones we can't quite beat — we'll always be straight with you about.
