Is the test really free if I don't replace?
Yes — we'd rather earn your trust than chase $40 today. If we test and recommend a replacement and you decline, no charge. If we test and the battery is fine, also no charge.
How fast can you actually get to me in Perth?
Average response is 30 minutes anywhere in the Perth metro, day or night. CBD and inner-suburb call-outs are usually 15–20 minutes. Outer metro (Mandurah, Two Rocks, hills suburbs) can be 45 minutes — we'll give you a real ETA when you call, not a guess.
How much does mobile battery replacement cost?
Standard passenger car batteries start at $189 supplied and fitted on-site. AGM and stop-start batteries are more depending on spec — typically $260–$420. There's no call-out fee and no extra charge for after-hours, weekends or public holidays. We quote on the phone before we head out.
What warranty comes with the new battery?
All standard batteries come with a 3-year nationwide warranty. AGM and stop-start batteries are 3–4 years depending on brand. The warranty is honoured at any Century / SuperCharge stockist Australia-wide, not just by us.
What if it's not the battery — alternator or starter?
Our techs carry full diagnostic gear. We test the battery, alternator output and starter draw on-site before we replace anything. If the battery is healthy and the alternator is the problem, we'll tell you straight up so you don't waste $300 on the wrong part.
