What if it's not the battery — alternator or starter?
Our techs carry full diagnostic gear. We test the battery, alternator output and starter draw on-site before we replace anything. If the battery is healthy and the alternator is the problem, we'll tell you straight up so you don't waste money on the wrong part.
What if it turns out to be the alternator?
We'll confirm it on-site and refer you to a trusted Perth auto-electrician. There's no charge for diagnosis when we don't replace the battery — we'd rather you trust us next time than oversell once.
How fast can you actually get to me in Perth?
