Why people call us first
A lot of motorists hesitate to call mobile services because of the fear of a "we drove out so you owe us" call-out fee. We removed it. If we come out, test the battery and find that it's healthy (alternator fault, immobiliser issue, fuel pump etc.), there's no charge. We'd rather earn your next call.

Had the unpleasant task of being stuck with a flat (also dead and gone) battery today and made a call to Car Battery Perth 24/7. They were absolutely brilliant, got to me within 15 minutes and barely 5 minutes later had completed all scans and the battery replacement. Is there really no call-out fee?
Correct. We don't charge a fee for the visit. If we test the battery and you don't need one, no charge. If we replace, the on-site price equals the phone quote.
How much does mobile battery replacement cost?
It depends on your car's exact battery spec. Standard passenger car batteries are our most affordable option, supplied and fitted on-site; AGM and stop-start batteries cost more depending on spec. There's no call-out fee and no extra charge for after-hours, weekends or public holidays. We quote on the phone before we head out — call us with your rego for an exact price.
How fast can you actually get to me in Perth?
Average response is 30 minutes anywhere in the Perth metro, day or night. CBD and inner-suburb call-outs are usually 15–20 minutes. Outer metro (Mandurah, Two Rocks, hills suburbs) can be 45 minutes — we'll give you a real ETA when you call, not a guess.
Do you actually answer the phone at 2am?
Yes — we're genuinely 24/7. Same number, same techs, same price. No surcharge for night, weekend or public holiday call-outs. If you're stranded, just call.
What warranty comes with the new battery?
All standard batteries come with a 3-year nationwide warranty. AGM and stop-start batteries are 3–4 years depending on brand. The warranty is honoured at any Century / SuperCharge stockist Australia-wide, not just by us.
