Will replacing the 12V mess with the hybrid pack?
No. The 12V auxiliary and the high-voltage hybrid pack are completely separate systems. We never touch the HV pack — replacing the 12V is a normal low-voltage job.

It depends on your car's exact battery spec. Standard passenger car batteries are our most affordable option, supplied and fitted on-site; AGM and stop-start batteries cost more depending on spec. There's no call-out fee and no extra charge for after-hours, weekends or public holidays. We quote on the phone before we head out — call us with your rego for an exact price.
How fast can you actually get to me in Perth?
Average response is 30 minutes anywhere in the Perth metro, day or night. CBD and inner-suburb call-outs are usually 15–20 minutes. Outer metro (Mandurah, Two Rocks, hills suburbs) can be 45 minutes — we'll give you a real ETA when you call, not a guess.
